I2SL offered a virtual event in Spring 2023 with some of our most popular conference speakers, award winners, and international perspectives. If you think you might miss some speakers this fall and would like to register and pay now for I2SL’s Virtual Education Week in Spring 2024, you can add this on to your conference registration now, lock in a significant discount off the regular price, and automatically be registered for the 2024 Education Week. There will be recordings of this 2024 event, in case you have a conflict in the future.

How to Register Using a Discounted Rate
Speakers will receive registration instructions in their abstract acceptance email.
Exhibitors will receive instructions for registering their booth staff.
I2SL members will enter their member number during the registration process. I2SL group members will enter their organization’s username and password.
SLCan members should email info@slcan.ca and request a promotional code for the full conference registration, for either corporate or institutional employees or students.
Technology and Services Fair Admission
Admission to the Technology and Services Fair is free* and includes access to the exhibit hall during the following times:

7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Monday, October 23

7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24
-
7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25
*Does not include refreshments or lunch served in the exhibit hall.
Cancellation Policy

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the conference by notifying I2SL.
-
Alternatively, you may request a conference registration fee refund through Friday, September 29, 2023. If you cancel your registration after this date, you must either transfer your registration to another person or forfeit your registration fee.
